In addition to that, to uplift the existing organic agricultural practise of village. There is an ongoing agriculture women empowerment project financed and supported by Roots for Life, Austria, Social Work Institute, Lalitpur for operational support, Chay-ya Austria and Chay-ya Nepal for financial and operational support, Fair Styria and Land Vorarlberg for financial support working in partnership with the cooperative. The agriculture program is being implemented at Ghunsa and Chyangsar village. The main objective of this project is to promote permaculture and preserve existing good practices in organic farming, marketing and selling locally grown vegetables in the market, empower women economically and promote mixed crop farming in order to promote consume mix vegetables among the people in the village and grow all different kinds of vegetables that grow in that altitude. Besides organic farming, the women are also involved in mask making and eco- pad making within the cooperative. Mask making and Eco- pad making program is running smoothly in all four village.
