About Us
Who We Are
We are a women empowerment project being run at Solukhumbhu District. After the earthquake in 2015, we decided to take our fate into our own hands and organized ourselves into a women's group. in 2017 the "Sagarmatha Milijuli Sana Kishan Women Cooperative LTD" was founded.
What We Do
Our aim is to empower women in Solukhumbhu district. To achieve this goal, we participated in training and learned everything about management and business. With these skills, we are able to establish ourselves as a cooperative and to lead it. One of our projects besides organic farming is to establish sewing workshops in selected villages.
